We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

4. Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be in reasonable condition
Be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Returns must be sent to the address provided by us after approval.

Please do not send any items back without prior confirmation, as they may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs

8. Non-Returnable Items

Standard print-on-demand products without personalization remain fully subject to the 14-day withdrawal right.
